This series is designed to support you on your mothering journey.

Classes will include a short community check-in for practitioners joining live, breath work, seated meditation, moving meditation (asana) and techniques to help stretch, stabilize, strengthen and find deep relaxation. By joining this series, you will be able to experience balancing yoga practices customized to your needs, receive playlists for each practice and connect with other pregnant and postpartum mamas on the path. Postpartum is forever after a pregnancy—even if it’s been many years, we are forever changed.

Live, online classes are on Fridays at 10:00am MT starting on April 15th
