My Story
For Annie Mullins, yoga continues to carve a path towards inner
exploration and, ultimately, a deeper awakening for healing, growth,
and connection. A lifelong student of the somatic arts, Annie received
a BFA in dance and choreography from Cornish College of the Arts in
Seattle, WA. She performed and taught dance professionally for many
years. She is a 500hr RYT and a 200hr instructor of Prana Vinyasa. She
is also a certified instructor of JourneyDance, yin yoga, prenatal and
postpartum Yoga and is a budding kirtan musician (devotional
chanting.)
Annie's classes are designed to create space to tend to one’s Self in
the most loving way, while working within the flow of the individual
and global rhythms. Focusing on anatomical and energetic alignment
within the breath and asana, Annie hopes to encourage practitioners to
tap into their own visceral richness and integrative strength. Annie
is delighted to share the practice of vinyasa yoga with the intent of
providing a balancing, empowering, and creative experience, enabling
students to leave class connected into their core radiance.
Annie is a mother of two young boys and lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico
with her family.
The soul, like the moon,
is now, and always new again.
